The Frontier Project is hosting a series of leadership workshops for women around personal and professional development. The workshops are an open, creative forum for learning, designed to foster relationships and build a robust community of career-focused women.

Participants will develop and enhance their personal brand and leadership style, cultivate their own leadership presence, and learn how to communicate with confidence and credibility.

Each workshop will be led in the fast-paced, immersive style that has made our Frontier Academy workshops so successful. Participants will not only deepen their understanding of key leadership principles, but they will also engage in reflective practices, blending new insights with real life experiences.

Ever wondered how to become a truly effective leader?

This course is geared towards assisting participants with understanding their personal presence, and how to hone their authentic voice into a powerful communication style.

Participants will be provided with practical tools to help them identify the most effective mode of communication for every situation, and identify their stakeholders’ perspectives before they craft their messages.  Participants will walk away with communication and influence techniques, as well as a video capture of their presentation practice.
